The term ‘Period Positive’ was reviewed by OliviaCotes-James as one that challenges and encourages participants to discussmenstruation openly, invites participants to understand the menstrual cyclemore thoroughly, and together eliminate existing stigmas. Before ending herpresentation, Olivia gave a surprise to all participants by distributingsanitary napkins made of organic cotton from LUÜNA, a proof of their commitmentin supporting healthy and safe menstrual care.

During the Q&A session, various questions regardingmenstrual health and menopause were raised by the participants for Dr. Alva.She responded to them in detail and with empathy.
